This class series
is designed to build confidence in the ability
of mom and baby, trust in the normalcy of
birth, increase knowledge with true
information, and practice effective natural
childbirth techniques in a fun,
interactive and personal atmosphere.
Several types of relaxation, visualization, 4 different practice
sessions, and a birth movie every class are part of this series.
Both hospital and homebirth couples will benefit from this class
series. Each participant receives a workbook and additional
handouts.
For Christian
emphasis - additional materials are available upon
request.

This is a private class, however, up to 3 couples may attend

vaginal birth after cesarean. For most women this is a safe
choice and alternative to a planned repeat
